Revelation 4 - A Window in the Waiting
Life often places us in seasons of waiting where uncertainty feels overwhelming, but the book of Revelation offers a powerful window into eternity that changes everything. The Apostle John, imprisoned on the island of Patmos, was given a vision of heaven that revealed a King seated on His throne and a Lamb who had conquered sin and death. God is not anxious or scrambling. He is seated, because the battle has already been won. Jesus, the Lamb who was slain, took the scroll representing the destiny of all creation, proving He alone is worthy. Nothing in all of creation can separate us from His love. When we truly see the King on the throne and the Lamb with the scroll, we stop striving in our own strength and begin living from a place of love and gratitude. The waiting room no longer feels like a prison when we know the King is seated and the Lamb has already conquered.
