Shipwrecks and Snakebites Can't Stop Me
Life is full of unexpected storms, and sometimes one hardship hits right after another. The Apostle Paul experienced this firsthand, facing shipwrecks, snake bites, and relentless opposition, yet he never stopped moving forward. His story in Acts 27 and 28 gives us four practical keys for navigating our own hardships: hold onto a specific word God has spoken over your life; settle down and trust Him rather than striving in your own strength; shake off the enemy’s attacks and stand your ground; and allow God to redeem your pain and turn it into a testimony that reaches others. Shipwrecks and snake bites cannot stop you when you are anchored in the promises of God.
