God Wants To Expand You

Message Moments & Highlights

God’s plans are always greater than we can imagine. While the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, Jesus came to give us life — and life more abundantly. That’s the heart of Christ: hope, restoration, and overflowing life for every believer.

God calls us to more than personal growth — He calls us to spiritual expansion. Every life we touch can become part of His legacy of faith. Whose life will be changed because of your obedience? God cares about the generations and wants to use your life to impact others for Jesus.

The grace of Jesus Christ is never meant to stop with us. It’s meant to flow forward — to reach those who are still living in shame and need the freedom only He can bring. As Connect Christian Church steps into nursing homes, we’re reminded that God’s grace knows no bounds.

Every act of worship, every moment of faith, points back to one truth — God deserves all the glory. He is our Creator, our Redeemer, and the Holy One of Israel. Let every part of our lives reflect His greatness and honour His name above all others.

God Wants To Expand You

God has bigger plans for your life than what you're currently experiencing, and Isaiah 54 reveals His heart for expansion in every area of our lives. When God commands to enlarge your house and spare no expense, He's not just talking about physical buildings - He's calling us to prepare for the abundance He wants to bring into our lives and through our influence. This expansion begins with hope, even in seasons that feel barren or unfruitful. While the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, Jesus came to give us abundant life. God's plans are always greater than we think, and He calls us to be people of hope who speak life over others. The expansion God desires isn't limited to the present moment - it extends to future generations. We stand on the shoulders of those who sacrificed before us, and God wants to use our lives to impact others spiritually, creating a legacy that outlasts our earthly existence.Central to this expansion is God's grace, which removes shame and transforms lives forever. This grace isn't meant to be kept to ourselves but should flow forward to others who need freedom from shame and disgrace. Whether it's people in nursing homes still carrying decades-old shame or young people burdened by guilt, God wants to use us to share His liberating grace. Ultimately, this expansion is about living for God's glory rather than our own comfort, casting our lives before Jesus Christ and building treasure in His kingdom rather than for ourselves.

  • Why God Wants to Expand Your Life: Lessons from Isaiah 54

Have you ever felt like God has bigger plans for your life than what you're currently experiencing? The prophet Isaiah delivers a powerful message about God's heart for expansion - not just in buildings or numbers, but in the very fabric of our lives and impact.

What Does It Mean When God Says "Enlarge Your House"?

In Isaiah 54, God speaks to His people with a surprising command: "Enlarge your house, build an addition, spread out your home and spare no expense, for you will soon be bursting at the seams." This isn't just about physical buildings - it's about preparing for the abundance God wants to bring into our lives.

The passage begins with a call to sing and rejoice, even in seasons that feel barren or unfruitful. God promises that "the desolate woman now has more children than the woman who lives with her husband." This speaks to God's ability to bring life and multiplication even in the most unlikely circumstances.

Why Does God Always Have Greater Plans?

Jesus himself said, "The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, but I have come that you may have life and have it more abundantly." This reveals the heart of God - He always has plans that are greater than we think.

It's easy to see the enemy's work of stealing, killing, and destroying. Depression whispers that there's no hope. Anxiety tells us there's always less, never more. But when we come into God's presence, He speaks life over us. He says there's hope, there's more, and His plans are greater than we know.

Even in pain and hardship, God calls us to be people of hope. We're called not just to believe this for our own lives, but to speak it over others' lives as well.

How Does God Care About Future Generations?

The expansion God calls for isn't just about the present moment. Notice how the passage speaks about descendants occupying other nations and resettling ruined cities. God cares deeply about generations - both the ones that came before us and the ones that will come after.

We stand on the shoulders of those who sacrificed and stepped out in faith before us. Churches exist today because previous generations built them. Communities were transformed because someone decided to invest in the future, not just their present comfort.

God wants to use your life to impact others spiritually. He's asking: whose lives will you influence so that they serve Jesus today? What spiritual children will you have? What legacy will you leave?

How Does God's Grace Change Everything?

One of the most powerful promises in Isaiah 54 addresses shame and disgrace: "Fear not, you will no longer live in shame. Don't be afraid. There is no more disgrace for you. You will no longer remember the shame of your youth."

This is what the grace of Jesus Christ accomplishes - it cleanses us of shame and transforms our lives forever. But here's the key: this grace isn't meant to be kept to ourselves. It needs to flow forward to others.

People in nursing homes are still living with shame from decades ago. Young people in schools are carrying burdens they don't know how to release. Your workplace has colleagues who need to experience the freedom that comes from God's grace.

If Jesus has set you free, don't you want to see others experience that same freedom?

What Does It Mean to Live for God's Glory?

The passage concludes by identifying who God is: "For your creator will be your husband. The Lord of heaven's armies is his name. He is your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, the God of all the earth."

There is no greater joy than casting our lives before the Lord Jesus Christ and saying, "Here it is, Lord, it's yours." What an honor and privilege it is to serve Him.

This requires a personal decision. Forget comparing yourself to others or looking around at what everyone else is doing. The question is simple: Will you worship God with all your heart? Will you live your life for His glory?

At the end of the day, we can't keep any earthly treasures anyway. The choice is between building treasures for ourselves or building treasure in God's kingdom.

How Do We Respond to God's Call to Expand?

When God calls us to expand, it often requires stepping out of our comfort zones. It means believing that He can do more through us than we've experienced before. It means preparing for the growth He wants to bring.

Sometimes we've been hurt or disillusioned, and it's tempting to just maintain the status quo. But God challenges us: Are you going to settle, or are you going to believe Me for greater things?

The expansion God desires isn't ultimately about buildings or programs - it's about transformed lives. It's about reaching more people with His love. It's about seeing families restored, addictions broken, and hope renewed.

    Life Application

This week, ask God to show you where He wants to expand your life and impact. Don't settle for maintaining the status quo when God has greater plans for you.

Consider these questions as you reflect on God's call to expansion in your life:

    • What areas of my life have I allowed to become too comfortable or stagnant?

    • How can I prepare for the spiritual growth and impact God wants to bring through me?

    • What legacy am I building for the next generation?

    • How can I share God's grace with someone who needs freedom from shame this week?

    • Am I living primarily for my own comfort or for God's glory?

Remember, God's plans are always greater than we think. He cares about generations. His grace changes lives. And He deserves all the glory. The question isn't whether God wants to expand your life - it's whether you're ready to say yes to His greater plans.

  • Isaiah 54. This is the passage we've got in our booklets.

We've been stirred by God. So many of you would have heard this scripture before. It's a prophetic word to the people of Israel when they're in captivity. And this is how God sees. This is how God sees us and how he sees the world and what he wants to do.

And this is what I've told. God wants to expand. God wants to expand you. He doesn't just want to expand our church and the building and how many people are coming and our impact. He wants to expand your life.

He wants you to have more impact. He wants your life not to be blessed for the sake of it, but he wants you to be blessed and to have impact so you can impact and bless others. God wants to expand your life and I want to talk to you about why today. And hopefully the Lord is speaking to your heart. It says this.

Sing. O childless woman, you who have never given birth, break into loud and joyful song. O Jerusalem, you who have never been in labor for the desolate woman now has more children than the woman who lives with her husband, says the Lord. Enlarge your house, build an addition, spread out your home and spare no expense, for you will soon be bursting at the seams. Your descendants will occupy other nations and resettle the ruined cities.

Fear not, you will no longer live in shame. Don't be afraid. There is no more disgrace for you. You will no longer remember the shame of your youth and the sorrows of widowhood, for your creator will be your husband. The Lord of heaven's armies is his name.

He is your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, the God of all the earth. I want to talk to you today about why God wants to expand you and why he always has a heart to expand and to grow and speak life over us. The first thing we see here is that God always has plans that are greater. God's plans are always greater than we think. Isn't that true?

Jesus came and said this. He said that the thief talking about the devil, the evil one, the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy. But I have come, said Jesus, that you may have life and have it more abundantly. That's the heart of Christ. Now, who knows that in this life it is very easy to see the devil and evil trying to steal, kill and destroy from you.

That's an easy place to get to. Some of us have struggled with depression, with anxiety. And you know what those things are doing? They're trying to tell us in our mind there's always less. There's no hope.

You know, people don't love you. There's no future for you. This is what depression does to you. This is what the enemy tries to do to SAP you of hope and disillusion us and say, you know what? Just survive.

Just survive. And you know what God comes to do every time I come into his presence? What does he do when you come into his presence? He speaks life over you. He says there's hope.

He says there's more. My plans are greater than you know. Even when you're going through pain, even when you're going through hardship, God says there is a hope for you. And I want to encourage us brothers and sisters, that we are called to be a people of hope. We are called to be a people that don't Just believe that for our own lives, but speak it over others lives.

And I'm blessed to be in this church where so many of us, you guys, are so full of hope, because you know why? Jesus Christ has changed us. He's given us life. And when we go down, someone lifts us up. I've told you the story.

Sometimes when I've been feeling a bit low, a bit disillusioned, Pastor Trevor's been there, come and giving me good news about new people, people. And sometimes when I'm feeling a bit down, I've said very silly things like, oh, yeah, how long are they going to stay for? Because sometimes we get disappointed, don't we? Sometimes we hope for the best. But then someone, it didn't go the way we thought, and we just go, ah, I've been there and I'm blessed that other people, people like Trevor and Katrina and my wife and others and Ray and Shona and so many of you, you guys, young people like Harry, have come and said, hey, I'm believing God for greater things.

Come on, we can do this. That's actually the reason why we're launching expansion. It's not because I want to do it. I sat in a board meeting a year or so ago, and they said, adrian, what do you want to do? Do we want to expand?

Do we want to build new buildings? Do we want to expand Frankston? And I went, nah, let's just. We don't want to ask people for money. It's too much stress.

It's too much pressure. Let's just. Just like, make do with what we've got and we can plant more churches and we can do it. Like, we can do it like that. And the board was faith.

They were like. They were nice to me. They were like, okay, if that's what you want to do. Okay, well, let's go with that. And it didn't take long for God to come and challenge me on that.

And I remember sitting in a meeting with our board and pastors, and a pastor came and talked about how they'd grown their church and bought land and how they had to step out and in faith. And I was like, oh, that's a lot of money. We don't want to do that. Blah, blah, blah. And Holy Spirit grabbed a hold of my heart in that meeting.

And he said, adrian, he goes, why are you here? I said, well, because people built this building for us 35 years ago. And I heard stories. You know what people did when they built this building? They built it themselves.

People sold houses and gave some of the proceeds of that sale to the church so they could pay for them land and build the building. And people sacrificed and gave from their heart as they were able to. And we're here today because of them. And I felt the Lord say, if you don't do anything for the future, you're passing that responsibility onto the next generation after you. You can just stay comfortable and stay in it as it is, but you're passing it on.

Is that what you. I said, lord, we can't. I can't do that. And he goes, that's why I'm challenging you, because I know. And I felt the Lord say, adrian, you know, my plans are greater.

Are you going to say settle or are you going to believe me? And that started a journey in me where I said, okay, God, you got to take me on a journey because you've got to get my faith up and you've got to get my motivation up and you've got to get my energy levels up where we can believe for that. And God's been doing that. And I can say to you today, I've never been more excited than I've been standing on the front row of this church this morning, believing what God has in store for our church. Because the Holy Spirit of God wants to do greater things.

And we can't do it by. I can't do it alone. We need to do it together. And I want to tell you this, God, what does he want to do in your life? What does God want to do in your life?

Some of us have settled, and I want to tell you, don't settle. You can do greater things. You can reach more people with the love of God. You're not going to be. We're not here to be famous.

We're here to reach people with his love and transform lives. You can do it in your kids, in your family. I met some young guys last night who were believing for salvation for their parents who are far from God. And as he started talking to me, he starts crying and he says, because he heard about my dad coming back to God, who's here today and was leading in the prayer meeting, praying for God to move and provide everything we need. I was up the back praying.

I was going, God, that's a miracle of God that that's happened. And I talked to these young men and they said, our parents, they said it would be an absolute miracle if they ever came back. And I said, don't you ever give up. I said, it's through your lives. God can Use you.

And they start crying because they were like, maybe God can use us to save my mum. And my dad and I were like, yes, he can. Yes, he can. Come on. What mountain needs to be moved in your life that God's saying, come on, believe for greater.

Believe for greater, Believe for more. I know the world wants to steal and kill and destroy our dreams, but God has more in store for you. And I know. I know because I've been there. You can go, oh, yeah, here we go.

    Motivational preaching.

Motivational preaching without the spirit of God breathing on it is just that, and it doesn't work. All right? But if the spirit of God, if you grab a hold of the truth, Jesus, you've come to give me life and life abundantly, then he can do mighty things through you and you can overcome. I believe it. And I believe you believe it, too.

That's the first thing. The second thing, the second reason that God wants to expand your life is because he cares about generations. That God wants to do something in you because you're going to impact the generations to come. Have a look at this. It says here, sing, O childless woman.

It's all about generations. You have never given birth. Break in a loud and joyful song, O Jerusalem, you've never been in labor for the desolate woman now has more children than the woman who lives with her husband says, enlarge your house, build an extension. Why should you extend? Why should you expand?

Spread out your home and spare no expense, for you will soon be bursting at the seams and your descendants will occupy other nations and resettle the ruined cities. God cares about generations. He's saying, will you prepare to expand? Because I'm bringing more family members into your household. I'm bringing more people that you're going to impact.

And I'm not talking about. I'm not talking about Imogen and Mark here, who are expanding literally as we speak. Sorry, Imogen. All right. She's pregnant at the moment.

They're about to have their third child. Fir and Alex, they have expanded their family. We've got people here who are expanding literally. I'm talking about spiritual expansion. I'm talking about spiritual children.

Spiritual impact, yes, for our families and for our kids. But whose lives are you going to impact that you say, because of my life, those people are serving Jesus today. God cares about the generations, and he always wants to grow. He wants to use your life to impact others. We care about generations.

This is what I love about the stories of our church, and we're gonna hear over the next year, we're gonna hear some of these stories across all of our churches. One, I'm always moved by cause I'm standing in this building. Forty years ago, a group of people came and planted here. And we're here today because of them. And so this is what.

Part of what we're doing here is honoring the past generation. We honor the past generation because they stepped out in faith and sacrificed so we could be blessed. We owe them. And what do we owe them? You know what we owe them?

We owe them to be the same, have the same kind of faith that they had to say that. You know what they did? They did this and they said, here you go. They passed a baton on to us and they said, here you go. Be blessed.

And then it's our responsibility sometimes to clean that baton up a bit because it gets a bit dirty. We sort of go, oh, clean it up and say, you know what? We're gonna run now and we're gonna be the people who of faith. And we're going to do it for our generation now. We're going to do it for right now in the present.

But you know what? We're doing it for the future generation. We're doing it for our kids, and we're doing it for our future grandkids and their grandkids. And we're doing it for the next generation of new Christians that are going to come into this place. And I want them to be able to say the same thing that we say of the past generation.

Thank you for having faith. Thank you for your sacrifice. Thank you for your generosity. Because of you, we're here today. We can do mighty things.

If we think about the generations. It's not about about me. It's about how we impact as Christians, the future generations. There are churches closing down right now because somewhere along the line, the next generation stopped thinking about the future. And now we've got churches shutting down.

And thank God, we've got churches like ours that are planting and are growing because we've said we're going to care about the next generation. Generation. Are you caring about that? Because we can do mighty things. What can we do today that's going to impact the future?

The third thing is this. Why does God want to expand? Because God's grace changes lives.

And I want to tell you, my friends, we got to grab a hold of this. Listen to this part of the scripture, because this should speak to so many of our hearts. It speaks to mine. Verse 4. Fear, fear not.

You will no longer live in shame. Don't be afraid. There is no more disgrace for you. You will no longer remember the shame of your youth and the sorrows of your widowhood. For your creator will be your husband.

The Lord of heaven's armies is his name. You will no longer live in shame. Shame will be gone. Isn't that what the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ does? He cleanses us of shame and he changes our lives for forever.

He transforms our lives forever. And I want to tell you, the grace of Jesus Christ needs to not be kept to just you. It needs to go forward. That's why I'm blessed that we're going into nursing homes now. Because you know what?

There's people there. I hear this and I talk to older people, some old, but they're still living in shame from something that happened when they were a kid or when they were 20. They need the grace of Jesus Christ. We're going to go and reach them. We're going into high school.

Harry and the team, we're going into Mount Aaron again soon. We're going into Bayside again soon. I just talked to some people where? Other schools, they've invited us to say, can we partner with you to do something with our young people and to come in. I go, the opportunity is vast.

And I go. I went, yes, I'm writing it down. And we're gonna look at how we can do it. Because the grace of God needs to flow. We can't keep it to ourselves.

God's grace changes lives. He's cleansed me of shame. Jesus Christ, you sacrificed for me, and I'm free because of that. And if Jesus has set you free, don't you want to see other people set free in your workplace, in your home? My brothers and sisters, it's time to be bold.

It's time to be bold. If Jesus Christ has set you free, declare it. Declare it. You can make a difference. Other people need the grace of Jesus and it will change their lives.

That's why we need to accept, expand, stop looking after just yourself. Trust God. Jesus, you saved me. So you want to save others.

That's why you'll see in our booklet, we got some testimonies of some people. Just a couple we could sell. So many across all our churches. Ashley, who was singing up here next to Alex, Ashley and Suka and their family gone through a whole bunch of things. Lost family members in tragic circumstances.

Gone through many things I probably don't know about. And they've got a testimony saying, I love my church. I love the people in my Church. It's in my church. I've found hope and found love, and our children are finding love.

That's why I love. We've got the story of Eva in there. Eva came into our church a year or so ago. He said, I was called up with stuff in, you know, stuff in the world and tried to rip me off. But I found the Lord Jesus and she goes, God drew me to this church.

And now she's a youth leader in our church and she's reaching out to others. I've watched her. She'll contact my daughter Ella sometimes to see how she's going. I go, come on, Eva, you go for it. There's a life transformed, someone who found the grace of Jesus, and she says, he's called me to pass that grace on Is Cassie over here?

And she had the same story. Jesus saved her. She started coming to her church, helped in kids ministry, because she's like, I just want to help. Jesus has saved me. And now she helps.

She's a youth leader as well. And on Saturday morning, we had our business breakfast. You know what Cassie was doing? She was here. You know what she was doing?

Vacuuming and cleaning up afterwards. And I went, there's someone whose life's been transformed and now she's passing that grace on. This is what we're about, friends changed lives. I could tell story after story. This is why we do what we do, and this is why the Lord Jesus has on my heart.

We got to expand, we got to grow, we got to believe for greater things. We got to believe. Come on. Whose life can Jesus change if we step up in faith?

And the last reason is this. It's the most important reason. Because God deserves all the glory. He deserves all the glory. For your creator will be your husband.

The Lord of heaven's armies is his name. He is your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, the God of all the earth.

There is no greater joy. I can tell you this. I have no greater joy in my life than casting my life before the Lord Jesus Christ and saying, here it is, Lord, here it is. It's yours. It's yours.

What an honour. What an honour. I can tell you this. You gotta decide this for yourself. You gotta decide whether you believe this about your church and your people.

I know some of us have been hurt. I know some of us have been used and feel like we've had our trust broken. We've heard some of these things and vision and stuff, and then we've seen go awry and I'm sorry. And it's not the way it should be.

And I'm not perfect and our church isn't perfect. But all I can do before God is say, lord Jesus, my heart's cry is to bring you glory.

And that's all you can do. Forget the people around you. This is what I've had to do. Forget comparing and looking for what about them and what about them and what about this and that? You know what the Lord tells me when I come to him?

He says, adrian, you forget what other people are doing and you decide for yourself. Will you worship me with all your heart? Will you live your life for my glory? And then you decide how you live. Then you trust your life to God.

I've been hurt, I've been disillusioned over the years. Every time I come back and Jesus says, it wasn't me that did that to you, others can do it, others can miss the point. You can misunderstand. But give your life to me for my glory. What an honour.

What a privilege it is to serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

What an honour it will be one day to stand before the Lord and cast our crowns before him.

The Lord challenged me with this. I'm going to tell you, this is what the Lord's challenged. Been praying about this. And I said, well, God, here's the reality. I can't ask people to give unless I'm prepared to lead the way.

And so I started praying and started out going, what do you want? And God put a figure on my heart, Put a figure on my heart. And I was like, whoa.

And then I halved it because I went, just calm down. Let's all calm down, everyone. You know, you don't have to do that. That's still generous. Half.

That's still generous. That's good. And I went back to God and God stirred my heart. He says, adrian, are you going to build treasures for yourself or are you going to build treasure in my kingdom? At the end of the day, I can't keep any of it.

And I was led by this scripture. It's one I had on my heart many years ago. Other times, an offering's been talked about and God's led me to this. And I remember in Chronicles 29, King David raised money for the temple for the glory of God. And he asked all the people to give so that they could build the temple.

And he comes to them and he says in verse three, he says, and now because of my devotion to the Temple of Might, God, I'm giving all my own private treasures of gold. And silver to help the construction. This is in addition to the building materials I've already collected for his holy temple. And he told them, he says, this is what I'm going to do because God is the one I worship. And then he invited the leaders and the priests and others to give into it.

And then he invited all the people to give and say, you give as you feel. And the people gave, and they had enough for the temple. And God's name was made great for generation, generation after generation. And God spoke to my heart and said, adrian, you can build up treasures for yourself, or you can build into my house for my glory. And I said, lord, you know what I decided when I was a kid?

I said, for your glory. And he came again, and he said, well, here's what are you gonna do this time? I said, lord, I'm gonna give what you call me to give. And so I prayed about. I made a decision in my heart this week and hadn't talked to Norrello, and I was like, oh, what's Narelle gonna say?

She's gonna freak out. And I should have had more faith in her, because she got home Friday after being working at church. And I said, honey, we got to talk about expansion pledge. She goes, yeah, I know. She goes, but you always come up with something.

And, like, you know, normally we just go with that, and I'm always happy with that. I said, well. I said, we need to talk about it. I said, well, what do you think, honey? She goes, well, if I know you.

She goes, you're probably thinking about this amount. Yeah, it's probably this. But she goes, oh, but I think it could even be this. And she named the figure that God had put on my heart and challenged me with. And I went.

I said, that's it. I said, that's right. And my wife didn't go, no. What are you thinking? You know what she did?

She went, yes. Awesome. And we high five. Did a double high five in the kitchen and celebrated. And you know what?

There was a joy in our heart. And I don't say this to boatswain. I'm not going to say to Bosun. I've gone, oh, should I say it or not? But I'm going to tell you because God's been good to us, you know, and we had a house.

We refinant. We've had some money invested, and I'm going to. I felt charmed. We're in a place where we can. And I want to lead the way, and I want you to know I'm not going to ask you to do anything that we won't do as a family ourselves, because our heart's in this church, and our heart's for the Lord, and you must decide what you and your household will do.

But as for me and my house, we've decided this is what we want to do. And so Narelle and I are pledging $100,000 to the expansion fund because I love this church and I love you, and I love my Jesus, and he can have my riches, and I want it for his glory, and I want to see lives change. And so I don't know. You know, I don't say it to boast, but I want you to know it'll cost us because it's worth it. And so you pray.

And across our churches, brothers and sisters, pray and ask the Lord and seek wisdom and seek advice.

But we're believing God that he's going to provide. Amen. We're believing God that his name is going to be made great. I'm believing God that I know with all my heart the Lord's plans for his church and his people are the greatest ever. You watch what God does.

Not for our glory, but for his glory for the generations to come. I want to be a part of it. I'm blessed to be a of part part of it. And I'm inviting you as you're able, as you feel led, to be a part of it, too. So this is what we're going to do.

We're going to make a declaration today. We're going to sing across all of our churches. We're going to sing this song, Christ alone.

And before we do anything, I want you to say, lord Jesus, I believe you want to expand my life. You want to use my life. Maybe you've been hurt. Maybe you've been disillusioned. And it's a fresh start, brothers and sisters, someone in this place.

It's a fresh start for you. God's gonna renew a fire in you. He's saying, here's a fresh opportunity for you to say, God, I believe for new days. God, you've put dreams on my heart. You've stirred me with love and joy.

And somewhere it's been pushed down, but it's rising up again. The life of Jesus is rising up again in me. And I'm gonna sing and I'm gonna shout and I'm gonna declare my life for his glory. And. And so we're going to sing this, and I'm going to invite us to stand and Then we're going to sit at the end and I'm going to hand out the booklets.

And you'll have time for the next three weeks to pray and consider. But we're going to declare the goodness of God across all our churches. Now, is that all right? So if you're comfortable with that, why don't you stand to your feet right now and we're going to just sing Christ alone Cornerstone Christ alone be your glory Jesus Christ alone well, let's declare this one more time in this place press to learn Christ alone corners so yes you are we Savior's love through the storm the Lord above Come on it's all for his glory it's all for your glory it's all for your glory it's all for your glory Jesus, Jesus come on let's declare this is all for your glory it's all for your glory it's all for your glory it's all for your glory Jesus Christ alone For I shall call us in the Savior's love through the storm he is Lord the Lord of the spirit of God is grabbing a hold of people right now. You can see people at Casey, Frank is grabbing a hold of you right now with a spirit of faith, a spirit of great faith, greater faith than you've ever, ever had to say.

This is your legacy. This is the general. You're going to build it for the next generation. There's faith rising in your heart. There's others God saying, can you see what I want to do through your life?

Can I see the lives you're going to change? Some of you, God's calling. Some of you God's calling. This is going to stir you. God's called you into ministry and he said there's thousands that you're going to speak life over.

You're going to see people's lives change. Resurrected from their their dead, sinful life into the life of Jesus Christ. You're going to see it transformed young people, older people, women, men.

There's men who are going to speak over other men and see their lives that have been caught up with addiction, set free in the name of Jesus. I prophesied in Jesus name. God has called Connect Christian Church to be a beacon of life and lights. He's called it and he's saying, rise up, mighty men and women of God. I have greater things.

You're gonna show the world who I am for the glory of Jesus. You're gonna show them in your workplace, in your schools, in your homes. Some of you have been believing for Revival. He says I can bring revival. Revival doesn't look like a church meeting.

Revival looks like a fire on the inside, inside of someone's heart who's fallen in love with Jesus.

And Lord, as we take these steps of faith, God, I'm believing, Lord, you've challenged us. You've challenged me. And Lord, I say yes. I say yes to your call. I say yes, Lord, and I pray for your people today.

Help us say yes. Help us say yes to the life abundant. Help us say let. Yes, Lord Jesus, you sacrifice. We can never give more than you gave.

And so Lord, as you call us, as we're able to sacrifice, as we're able to give, as we choose willingly to do that, Lord, between you and us, let your name be made magnificent. Let the name of Jesus go forth from our churches and from our hearts and let people know the goodness and the grace and the power of almighty God. Let the name of God, let the name of Jesus be declared across our communities, across our cities in Jesus name. We pray it in Jesus mighty name. Come on, let's sing one more time.

Christ alone, my shadow on the throne.

The Lord of lo. One more time. Christ the Lord.

    Thank you Jesus. Jesus.

    Thank you Lord.

Amen. Hey. Amen. Why don't you grab your seats? Across everywhere.

I know we're about to finish, but here's what we're going to do now. This is a holy moment for you to come. Consider what God wants you to do in your life, in your family. And I tell you again, you're not going to be chased up on this. This is between you and God.

Together we're going to do mighty things as the Lord leads us. Amen. So we're going to hand out across all our churches if we can hand out across the rows now the expansion booklet and it's got the church, your specific church flyer in there with more detail, details and so you can read this, you can consider it. If you've got any questions, we'll have team at the get connected desks and we can answer those over the next few weeks.

And I'm believing we're about to enter into the most fruitful impacting days our church has ever had and that God's going to bless your life and expand you as well.

So we'll hand those out and please, if you can, if you can help it, don't lose them. We've got some, some for everyone but if we can get them laminated, get them, look that, no, take them home with you and read through it and consider with all the details of how to be a part of it in the back. And as I said, if you have questions, concerns, please come and talk to us. We're an open book here and what we're going to be doing is we're going to be, when we take our pledges, we're going to be letting you know how much we're not going to. No one is going to be.

We're not going to be passing on so and so has given this and blah, blah, blah. But together we're going to say this is how much we've pledged together as a church and in our individual churches and then we're going to believe God together. And we're going to keep you updated over the next 12 months. We're going to keep coming back and saying this is what we're doing now because of our giving. This is what we're able to do now.

This is what we've done with the architects. This is what we're getting started here with Casey. And so we're going to keep you updated and open about what we're doing with those finances in the next stages. And it's going to be a good year. Hey Lord, it's all for you.

And I pray God that God every hurt. Every person, Lord God who feels that they've been taken advantage of, every person who feels like there's pressure, Lord, I just pray you take that from them right now that there would be no pressure, that you're a God of love, you're a God of grace. And Lord God, I pray God that you would help us all step into the life abundant that you have for us not because we give, but Lord, because you've given it to us freely. And we receive of that freely as we have been given to us, Lord, freely we give. And so Lord, we pray that that heart would be abundant across all our churches and that the love of Jesus would be made to flow by the power of the Holy Spirit and Jesus name would be made great.

We pray it in Jesus name. All God's people said amen. Amen. God bless you church. We love you.

Hand back over to your pastors. Have a great rest of the day. See you again.
